• There is no cost to attend this training.
• No MCLE credits will be provided.
• Please note that this training is highly interactive and involves substantial preparation on your own time. We ask that you please plan to attend the entire program.

The American Bar Association Commission on Domestic & Sexual Violence is excited to announce that registration is open for our Advanced Trial Skills Institute.  This advanced four-day course teaches and enhances the litigation skills of attorneys who represent victims of domestic violence in contested custody cases. Working from a hypothetical fact pattern, you will perform direct and cross examinations of expert witnesses, establish evidentiary foundations for electronic evidence, impeach witnesses, and deliver closing arguments while receiving immediate feedback and constructive critique from expert faculty.
