Survey for Intake Mapping Project
As you may recall from the last issue of In Brief, PSLS' program-wide Intake Mapping Project is now underway. The goal of this project is to get a complete picture of how intake is done in every corner of PSLS at this time. We will then use that information to spot areas where we can improve and develop strategies to make those improvements. We are working with consultants from A2JTech who have worked on similar projects with other legal aid programs and helped bring about significant improvements. We are hoping for - and working for - the same result here.
To make this project as successful as possible, we need input from everyone. We have several methods of getting that information -- meetings with each office, a tech assessment, an assessment of LegalServer with respect to intake, and surveys of all staff and stakeholders.
Please help us get the most out of this Intake Mapping Project by completing the staff survey by Tuesday, June 18. The survey was emailed directly to PSLS staff on June 11. Use the survey link within that email.
Some things to keep in mind:
- The survey will take about 15 minutes.
- Results will be sent directly to our consultants, not to me or anyone within PSLS.
- Results will be anonymous - unless you choose to add your name.
- Please be candid with your input. We need the information - the good, the bad and the ugly - in order to get the most out of the project.
- Suggestions and ideas are welcome and appreciated. Please use the "additional comments" box for ideas you may have that don't fit under specific questions.
- Time for this task should be billed to funding code 106a - LSC Pro Bono Innovation Fund - Intake. Activity code should be S51 Other Administrative, and in the Activity Details indicate "Intake Process Mapping Survey"
Thank you in advance for your participation!
