Support for Nancy

Meet Nancy and her emotional support dog, Rolo. After a brain injury, Nancy relies on Rolo for support throughout each day. Rolo helps Nancy cope with mental and physical health challenges. When Nancy and Rolo were denied use of public transportation, Nancy reached out to PSLS for guidance. PSLS staff listened to Nancy’s story to fully understand her dilemma. Thanks to funding from the Winnebago County Community Mental Health Board, PSLS provided Nancy with high-quality legal services, advising her on legal rights, rules and possible solutions to her problem!
