Memoranda of Understanding, Letters of Support and Letters of Intent

All Memoranda of Understanding, Letters of Support and Letters of Intent that PSLS is entering into with outside organizations or partners need to be sent to grants@pslegal.​org and signed by the Executive Director or someone delegated to sign. The Resource Development Team manages the process of having our Director of Compliance Operations review these documents to confirm PSLS agrees with the content, getting requisite signatures, saving the document in a central location, and maintaining the relationship with the partner. Additionally, the Grants Team utilizes this information in other grant applications when reporting on community relationships and partnerships.
