Do You Have a Communications Request?

Please submit all communications requests as soon as possible through the Communication/Advertising Request Form! It is never too early to submit a request. The sooner the request is submitted, the sooner the Administration team can discuss the request and, if appropriate, approve it.

You must complete and submit the form and obtain approval before you begin working on the requested items, presentation or flyer.

Please use the Communication/Advertising Request Form for the following requests:

  • News Reporter Interview or Article

  • Social Media Post and/or Email Blast

  • Website or Referral Form Update

  • Presentations, Flyers, Brochures, Handbook

  • Advertising

  • Outreach Candy and Promotional Items

  • Communication on Government Policy or Regulation

Submitted requests are routed to Administrative staff, who will review and respond within two business days to confirm the project and/or initiate follow-up conversations.
