Accessing Workspace
After logging into Workspace if you receive the below message, don't panic! PSLS runs Workspace using several Microsoft Cloud servers, and if you receive this message it means that at that moment Microsoft is experiencing abnormally high PSLS server access and Microsoft is in the process of creating new access portals. At most, this will be a 30 minute delay, but typically the user's delay is much less and we do not anticipate that this will happen often. However, if this happens to you, please email support@pslegal.org to document that it occurred. If you need immediate access to Workspace, please contact your supervisor for assistance. Otherwise, please wait a few minutes and try logging in again and you should be able to access Workspace.
