2025 ARDC Registration
You will receive your ARDC 2025 Notice of Registration soon, if you haven't already. PSLS pays your Attorney Registration and Disciplinary dues. It is important that we pay directly so that we can maintain documentation that all our attorneys are properly registered. Please follow the steps below:
1. Go online to the ARDC registration website.
2. Follow the Login instructions, and then complete the requested information:

Malpractice Insurance (yes, you have it, and the coverage dates are 1/1/25 to 12/31/25)

Trust Account (the pre-completed information from last year should still be accurate; check with your Office Manager if you need to know the bank name and account number for the office client trust account)

Report your Pro Bono Activity (remember, your paid employment with PSLS is not to be counted as pro bono hours)
3. At the end, it will ask how you are paying, and you should select payment by check and print the invoice page.
4. Please give the printed invoice page to your Office Manager.
5. The Office Manager should collect the invoices and email the invoices to accountspayable@pslegal.org for the entire office, and not one at a time as the invoices come in.
You should receive your 2025 ARDC card within a month. If you do not receive it by mid-December, please check with accountspayable@pslegal.org to make sure that your payment was processed successfully.
