Picnic/Lunch/Activity Schedule
11:30 - 1:00 Check-in: PSLS staff will be at the entrance to the pavillion to provide you with your activity coupons, name tag(s) and your lunch order info 
12:00 - 1:30 Lunch: Hot boxed lunches will be grab-and-go in the pavillion. There will be water and soft drinks available and you are welcome to bring a cooler if you prefer. Seating will be available both inside the pavillion and outside.
11:30 - 4:00 Miller Park Activities - Mini Golf, Paddle Boats, Zoo: Coupons will be in your envelope for your first choice of activity from the survey you completed. If additional activities are desired, the fees range from $3 - $9 per person - please bring cash for payment.

Splash Pad available weather permitting
Legal Operations will be hosting a Deep Sea Adventure Game 
The Kankakee Office will be hosting a UnKleen Hands temporary tattoo station from
Community Engagement will be hosting a Cornhole Tournament from 2-3pm **
HR will provide a Nature Scavenger Hunt for children and Bubbles for toddlers

Important Info

• The picnic will be held rain or shine - unless there is severe weather. We will keep an eye on the forecast and contact everyone if plans change due to weather. 
• Miller Park requires all pets to be leashed, alcohol is prohibited, life jackets must be worn on paddle boats and fishing licenses are required. 
• Please bring sunscreen, bugspray, towels, water shoes and any other items necessary for you and your guests. 

Miller Park is located at 1122 S. Morris Ave. Bloomington IL 61701 
There isn't dedicated parking for the Pavilion. Green indicates regular parking, there is a gravel lot across the street and on street parking surrounding the Pavilion yard. The main entrance with the check-in tables is on the east side of the pavilion (the doors that are under the big columns that face the PARK, not the lake). 

Timekeeping and Mileage
Please enter your time into Legal Server using "Authorized Time Off w/Pay". If you are 100% grant funded, please use your normal funding code. If you are not 100% grant funded, please use funding code 003 General Funds.

Employees who attend the picnic are eligible for mileage reimbursement pursuant to the PSLS' Local Travel Policy. The mileage form is attached to this email for your convenience.
