LSC Semi-Annual Reports - Upcoming Deadlines

PSLS has two semi-annual reports that are due to LSC at the end of this month: 1) a case disclosure report and 2) a legislation and rulemaking activities report.
Case Disclosure Report
This report provides LSC with information regarding all cases PSLS files in court. Please make sure that all of your case's litigation screens are complete and include the adverse party's address so that we can pull this data for the upcoming report by Friday, Jan. 17.
Legislative and Rulemaking Activities Report
This report provides LSC with details regarding any lobbying activities that PSLS staff have done in their capacity as a PSLS employee. All requests to comment on Government Policy or Regulations are processed through PSLS' Communication/Advertising Request Form. These requests are reviewed and tracked by Legal Operations. If you participated in any Legislative or Rulemaking activities between July 1, 2024 and Dec. 31, 2024 and did not complete the Communication/Advertising Request Form, please email radcock@pslegal.org and
