Semi-Annual LSC Case Disclosure Report and Legislative and Rulemaking Activity Report

It's that time again when PSLS must submit its semi-annual Case Disclosure Report and Legislative and Rulemaking Activity Report to LSC. The reporting period for these current reports is January 1, 2024-June 30, 2024. By end of day on July 18, please complete the following:
Case Disclosure: For PSLS' case handlers, please make sure that there is a Litigation Screen completed in Legal Server for each new court case that you filed during the time period January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024. This applies only if PSLS staff filed the initial complaint in court. This does NOT apply to pro bono cases, administrative cases, cases in which PSLS represents the respondent, or cases in which PSLS staff filed a counter-claim or entered an appearance in a case that previously was filed. Please be sure to complete all of the fields on each litigation screen, including the respondent's address and the cause of action. For the cause of action, please be sure to list the complete title of the filing. Legislative and Administrative Advocacy: If you participated in any Legislative or Administrative Advocacy during the time period January 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024 and you did NOT previously submit a request through PSLS' Communication/Advertising Request Form, do so by July 18. This includes all communication relating to legislative or administrative rulemaking at the federal, state or local level. Legal Operations will confirm whether you need to complete the required additional documents relating to your activity.
