Meet Our Team: Nathaniel Bovell, Community Advocate

Nathaniel Bovell is our Community Advocate for the Justice, Equity and Opportunity (JEO) program in the Rockford, IL office of Prairie State Legal Services. He is responsible for establishing partnerships between local agencies and the JEO program, conducting outreach and community education efforts within the Rockford community, and is a first point of contact for community members seeking legal assistance.

Nathaniel previously worked with Prairie State for two years as a community outreach worker through the AmeriCorps VISTA program, meeting with local organizations and organizing outreach events throughout Boone, Carroll, Jo Daviess, Ogle, Stephenson, and Winnebago counties.
