Calendar of Events

The Kankakee Community College chapter of Lambda Epsilon Chi (LEX), a national honor society in paralegal studies, will hold the final trivia challenge on March 26, 2010. Proceeds from the event will benefit Prairie State Legal Services, a not-for-profit law firm that provides civil legal services to low-income and elderly residents in Kankakee and Iroquois counties.

The event will be held on Friday night from 6 to 9:30 p.m. at Kankakee Community College. The cost is $10 per person each night or $50 for a team of six each night.  Teams can have a maximum of six members.

The Trivia Challenge offers a family-friendly atmosphere and teams do not have to be from the same family, although kid-friendly questions will be included in each round. Each competition includes 10 rounds of trivia and teams will have the chance to win cash prizes. The team that wins the challenge also earns the title of champion.
